As to the questions being received about how rioters are being identified when they are now "masked to prevent the virus", the irony is not lost...but...all comments and questions should be directed to the media sources.
We do not know if the rumors are true that mask requirements will be "suspended" in New York. Those questions should be directed to Mr. Cuomo. (On a separate matter, WHO says masks should not be worn.)
