First up, this amazing doll collection from a previous auction at SeriousToyz.  The “Dionne Quints Dolls”, c.1936, Alexander Doll Co., each is 6.5”; jointed, painted composition w/ gold metal necklaces engraved w/ names; this is a complete set of 5 dolls in correct original boxes; the Dionne Quints were instant celebrities because they were the first quintuples known to survive their infancy; all are original & complete; boxes are rare. 


Next up, a fabulous 1938 promo for 1937's THE PRISONER OF ZENDAR, sliced in half so you can appreciate all that vintage Hollywood goodness.....

This American black-and-white adventure film based on Anthony Hope's 1894 novel of the same name and the 1896 play--Ronald Colman, Madeleine Carroll and Douglas Fairbanks Jr., with a supporting cast including C.
