ST. PATRICK'S DESECRATION UPDATE: MANHATTAN DA DECLINES TO PROSECUTE

The Queens man arrested for scarring the landmarked façade of St. Patrick’s Cathedral during a George Floyd protest is now free — because the Manhattan District Attorney’s office declined to prosecute him. Yadir Avila Rosas, 26, was taken into custody at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, an NYPD spokeswoman told The Post.....two women remain at large. 6/20 update--Two teenagers — an 18-year-old from Westchester and another unidentified because of age — are accused of defacing St. Patrick's Cathedral at the end of May. ....Those are the second and third arrests in connection with this incident.
