First up---by special request---now w this is what we call a real playset: from the 1962/63 Sears Toy Book, the Sears Automotive Center.
Yes, you too can keep a 10 man crew busy--with a motorized elevator to lift cars to the roof! 49 pieces all for $7.99. We just love the clean mid-century lines of this toy.
That's followed by an oldie but goodie 2014 "coconut" putz house by Howard Lamey--we were drawn back to it because of the colors and texture.
Read all about it here http://bit.ly/1nRxCyv
P.S. He made the Santa too!
And finally from 1940, a blurb about Walt Disney and the animated classic Pinocchio. Click on the photos and enjoy.
And now a fun summery project from PAPERGLITTERGLUE---make ice cream cone earrings! A fab and quick cardboard and cardstock project. CLICK HERE

The texture on that house is awesome and looks very original.
