To the Editor:

I am writing to express my staunch support for Judge Sam Watkins for his November 3rd re-election to the Village of Croton-on-Hudson’s Justice Court. I spent 42 years in law enforcement and have known Judge Watkins for several years. I believe that Judge Watkins, who has served as Village Justice for 20 years, is the best candidate for the position. He is levelheaded, compassionate, knowledgeable about the law, open minded, fair, is a man of integrity, and always has a calm demeanor. He is everything we would all wish for if we found ourselves before a judge.

I hope you will join me in voting for Sam Watkins for Village Justice on November 3, 2026.
