As many of you know, there is increasing concern throughout the Town of Cortlandt regarding assorted multi-family/affordable housing/low income housing/market rate high density housing proposals being advocated by some local developers and elected officials. (With respect to the new Croton facebook page/private forum allegedly being organized to address multi-family housing issues here in the village, as soon as there is more info, it will be posted).
As for what is known as the 'CORTLANDT MOD"....A private facebook page exists to address this issue. Since the blog continues to receive numerous questions about the MOD, you may have an interest in joining that page

THE STATED PURPOSE OF THE "CORTLANDT MOD RESIDENTS UNITED" PAGE is as follows: Keeping Cortlandt Residents aware of proposed changes, designs, and concerns of the new Cortlandt Medical Oriented District (MOD) which encompasses the area around Hudson Valley Hospital.
