Public Hearings to be held on Monday, February 28th
PUBLIC
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board
of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a work session on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following:
Local
Law Introductory No. 3 of 2022 to amend the Village Code to reflect the
abolishment of the position of Village Justice effective January 1,
2023 and the consolidation of the Village Justice Court with the Town of
Cortlandt Justice Court.
THEREFORE,
pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the above on
Monday, February 28th, at 7:00 PM, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room
of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street,
Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
