We've thankfully had some celebratory events in the last few months.....and currently, Charcuterie Boards and Classic Cocktails are all the rage.
A neighbor's daughter has been so fascinated with the artful display and the overall concept of these "food boards", that she asked if an "Easter Candy Charcuterie" was "allowed". There's an upcoming all-girls birthday party to plan and so.....

Down on Riverside, there was a little bar that my Dad would stop in for a beer a hamburger. I would get fries and a Shirley Temple served by the waitress in a pretty glass with two cherries. Might be a nice thing for a little girl's party, served in fancy plastic ware from the Dollar store at Beach, to post the recipe.
