(CLICK ON THE PHOTOS BELOW.) The Croton Senior Club held their annual St. Patrick's Day party at the Croton Municipal Building on Friday March 14th, with 45 attendees. There was much wearin' of the green and a great lunch of traditional corned beef and cabbage Irish soda bread, (some homemade by Eileen O'Leary) beer, and soda topped off with a delicious cake from Croton Shoprite. The meal was catered by Cole's Market of Montrose and served by Liz and Isabella. No one went home hungry!
Senior members Janet Meyer, Al Colbran and Rita Wilcox were all smiles and the other photos show many members socializing before lunch was served.
The Croton Seniors meet every Friday at 11 in the community room of the Croton Municipal Building. You can enjoy, coffee, conversation and fun. The Croton Seniors enjoy social activities, guest speakers, games and contests to stay sharp. We always welcome new members, so join us!
