FAREWELL AND GOOD LUCK TO CHIEF RUSSELL HARPER.  His final day---he will be "walking out" is Friday 8/28 at 3:30 p.m.  Members of the community will be there (and you're invited too) to say goodbye and line the street outside the police station along Van Wyck to send him off.
