Kudos to the driver who made it on the third try (whoever approved this delivery lane/methodology obviously did not drive a truck)...again, this scene is directly across the street from the newly re-zoned for density "affordable housing" Katz property....

Something to consider when the building plans are finally submitted--if the proposal received by the village becomes truly final.
