VILLAGE OF CROTON ON HUDSON, NEW YORK

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON TWO PROPOSED LOCAL LAWS

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a resolution has been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton on Hudson, New York, at a meeting on October 21, 2019 to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following:

Local Law Introductory No. 9 of 2019 to amend the Zoning Chapter of the Village Code to modify certain provisions for the Municipal Way Gateway Overlay Zoning District

Local Law Introductory No. 10 of 2019 to amend the Zoning Chapter of the Village Code to modify certain provisions for the North Riverside Area of the Village

THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton on Hudson, New York, will open a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at 8:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, NY, at which time all interested parties will be heard.

  3. To settle the lawsuit, we paid almost a million for Katz right? How much was he paying annually in taxes that we lost? Does anyone know?
