NEWS 12 HIGHLIGHTS ONLY: Outhouse accused Borgia of fear mongering in his complaint to the Westchester County Fair Campaign Practices Committee. “This is basically race-baiting a campaign to win an election,”...The committee found Borgia's campaign practices unfair and stated there was no proof that any such mailer every existed.
