HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE GAZETTE ARTICLE: BORGIA CITED BY FAIR CAMPAIGN PRACTICES COMMITTEE, WEEK OF 10/10/19 EDITION--again, highlights only. 

---AT THE FORUM, HOSTED BY THE PROGRESSIVE POLITICAL ISSUES GROUP, INDIVISIBLE WESTCHESTER, MS. BORGIA WAS SPEAKING ABOUT HER OPPONENT ROBERT OUTHOUSE..."SHE THEN REFERRED TO A REPUBLICAN CAMPAIGN MAILER "AGAINST ME (IN 2017) SAYING I WANTED TO LET BROWN PEOPLE IN TO RAPE OUR WHITE DAUGHTERS IN WESTCHESTER, OUR BLONDE WHITE DAUGHTERS." A FEW GASPS CAN BE HEARD FROM AMONG AUDIENCE MEMBERS. Ms. Borgia also stated "The picture looked a little like my daughter".

--Said the Committee on Fair Campaign Practices: Contrary to candidate Borgia's statements, there was no proof that any such mailer ever existed or was ever sent. Ms. Borgia's comments are in violation of one of the Committee's principles: "The Candidate will neither engage in nor be involved with false or misleading attacks upon the character of an opponent...."
