LOHUD/CORTLANDT - A driver walked away with minor injuries after plummeting about 75 feet down a hill and coming to rest within feet of the Croton River on Sunday, officials said. The driver was traveling on Route 129, near the Croton Dam, around 12:30 p.m. and crashed while avoiding another driver, the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department said in a Facebook post.
