Mr. Pugh has a letter in the most recent edition of The Gazette concerning the board's plans for the massive apartment/mixed use re-zoning of the Katz/North Riverside area. The letter lays out--in clear unmistakable terms--what the board's decision and plans are--and have always been. However, you are encouraged to read it and form your own conclusions. Mr. Pugh also claims the rezoning has broad consensus with public sentiment and is consistent with Croton's most recent Comprehensive Plan. The Gazette is on sale just about everywhere. Stay tuned for "public hearing" information, post election.
THE BOARD IS HAVING ANOTHER EXECUTIVE SESSION ON MONDAY; you can find information about that and the work session meeting that follows at https://crotononhudson.novusagenda.com/agendapublic/MeetingView.aspx?MeetingID=711&MinutesMeetingID=-1&doctype=Agenda

ReplyDeleteREALLY glad we live where the zoning doesn't allow this! It pays to be a neighbor of the ruling class.
ReplyDeleteThe election is a few weeks away. If someone is running unopposed, don't vote for that office. The officials are very aware of how many votes they get.
