First up, a fab fold-out brochure arrived in the mail today announcing the latest sale from Bertoia Auctions. Wonderful stuff--May 22 through 24--their annual spring sale. Trains, wonderful tinplate, great putz house building inspiration, dolls, Schoenhut, banks and more--See the catalog here.  Next a sliced and diced page filled with vintage Christmas lighting goodness. It's the only page we have from what was a catalog for L.A. Goodman; we believe it is from the early 1950's. 

We've never seen some of these fab decorations before. They're followed by a neat ad for Tom & Jerry 1947.
