That's followed by a great DelMonte ad from the early 1960's, and the only known photo of the Green Hotel, a hotel which existed in Croton in the 1900s (and owned by Frank Simone; the bottom floor was a barbershop and a cigar store).  It would make a fabulous putz house!  Again, click on the photos and links.
