BREAKING NEWS: KATZ PROPERTY--VILLAGE "IS INTERESTED IN DEVELOPING THE KATZ PROPERTY" AND REZONING IT TO ALLOW 3 STORY STRUCTURE
Thank you Croton United for the heads up: The Village “is interested in developing the Katz property” and rezoning
it to allow a structure 3 stories tall, according to a report on a
private meeting between Deputy Mayor Ann Gallelli and Bicycle Pedestrian
Committee member Matthew Schuerman. Details of the discussion appear in
the minutes of the Bicycle Pedestrian Committee meeting held on May 21,
2019. This appears to contradict public statements by Gallelli and
other members of the board that there are no current plans to develop the

No point in the next zoning workshop is there now. Not that anyone who has been paying attention ever thought so. This just confirms it. Had I known it would have been this easy, I would have borrowed a bike.

ReplyDeleteIs this normal procedure? I mean like, allowable under the law? Trying to express myself but new to all this craziness. It doesn't seem right that officials can do this.
