Okay we admit it...we're a sucker for vintage scrapbooks; they are time capsules unto themselves reflecting the tastes and interests of those who took the time to assemble them. And while vintage Victorian scrapbooks are all the rage, we couldn't pass up this 1970's scrapbook of "Home Decorating Ideas" we recently discovered at a tag sale. 

It's in terrible shape but we're dedicated to saving as much as we can and restoring the images when possible!  Check out the seventies living room to the right--love that BURNT ORANGE! We hope to have more in the months ahead, including the pop-art/OP-ART wallpaper samples.

That's followed by news about the BERTOIA SPRING AUCTION COMING IN MAY 2022 (5/19 AND 5/20)---featuring a myriad of cross collectible categories ranging from toys to banks, advertising to ephemera, trains to pressed steel, wind-ups and more.
