& Deputy Chief - and current Captain of Harmon Engine - Bill Vlad.
Bill
has been a member of the CFD for over 38 years, serving 18 of those
years as a Chief Officer. Over the years he has been Engineer,
Lieutenant and Captain numerous times and has served on our Fire
Council.
