As expected, the village has sold the Katz property for "affordable/low income" housing (there are also developer breaks--click on the photo). You are encouraged to read the Gazette article on the sale of this property in its entirety. (The 2/18 through 2/24 edition of the Gazette is on sale just about everywhere; there is no online edition.)
Also fyi: to the anonymous commenter who continues to insist that this housing is exclusively for village residents and/or their families....no.....
No way another lie a senior who has lived here for decades downsizing does not fall into affordable when they sell their home more BS from this village!
