MORE FABULOUS VINTAGE WEBSITES, FINDS, ETC. FROM EVERYTHING CROTON

As always, some wonderful finds--oldies but goodies too...Click on the photos and links.
A fantastic Sunday in the Hudson Valley--not too bright--not too warm--with barely a raindrop or a cloud in sight.

For your enjoyment, more scans from our copy of the 1966 Western Auto
Christmas catalog--lots of Kenner offerings from Etch-A-Sketch to the Thingmaker to the Projector Gun...followed by a beautiful and inspiring 1905 piece of clock tower architecture for our putz house artisans--the former city hall in Monterey, California--and finally some great "clock" putz houses--one new, one vintage...AGAIN CLICK ON THE PHOTOS AND LINKS.

After all these years, I finally got to see---and feel--what Blumchen's Gloria Doubette crepe paper is like--there is no comparison to regular crepe paper--it comes in an array of colors and is pricier but worth it.

'Gloria' double-sided crepe paper sheets are perfect for creating beautiful flowers or for any decoration where a heavier weight crepe paper is desired.

Produced in Germany, it's an extra thick duplex crepe paper.
