HORRIFIC ODOR ON NORTH RIVERSIDE IS BACK

Your editor continues to receive many questions and comments on this problem. As mentioned--in recent years past, it has been attributed to sewer over-capacity issues, filter issues, etc. At this point, it just needs to be resolved. (A number of things have been tried in the last few weeks. They do not appear to have a long term effect.)
