CASE DISMISSED

The lawsuit filed by Neighbors Opposing Noise, Inc. (sometimes referred to in news coverage as “Neighbors Opposing Noise”) against the MTA and Metro‑North in Westchester County Supreme Court has been dismissed. This is all we have at present. Will post more when possible.
