For those who don't know: Climate Defiance (CD) is a newer U.S.-based direct‑action climate group focused on disrupting political and corporate events to oppose fossil fuel expansion. While it is not formally affiliated with Extinction Rebellion, they do sometimes collaborate on actions. The clearest public evidence of coordination is a joint protest in Boston, where activists from both groups disrupted a Harvard climate event.
