When Barbara lived in Croton, she was very engaged in local history and archaeology......as well as the fight against the waste transfer station. She left the village some time ago.....
Barbara was born in Oswego, grew up in Scriba, and graduated from Oswego High School in 1958. With a love of sewing and art, she then earned a two-year degree in art and design from Cazenovia College, and shortly after graduation, followed her dream by moving to New York City to attend art school in Manhattan.
