From time to time throughout the 60's and 70's, there would be occasional cartoons in the assorted Croton newspapers signed simply ELLEM. We often wondered who ELLEM was.  Now we know for certain it was indeed Lloyd Moss; click on the images below from the 1964 Editor & Publisher Magazine.  Moss died in 2013; his obituary is here.
