Really want to AGAIN recommend a site called GRANDMA'S VINTAGE RECIPES--this is a simple, no fuss blog---and filled with some fabulous recipes....case in point, these PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES are sooooooooooo good; see the recipe here.

This time of year we seem to eat more mushrooms than usual; love them as a side with a good baked potato and a take-out roast chicken from our local APPLE FARM....
