LONG TIME CROTON RESIDENT, FORMER VILLAGE TRUSTEES, BASKETBALL COACH, CROTON LION AND MUCH MORE---DON DAUBNEY---is celebrating his 85th birthday this year on Thursday, July 23rd.
It's a different kind of celebration this year but his daughters have come up with a fab idea.
Don will be sitting outside from 5:30 to 6:30 pm--under a cascade of balloons (from the Westchester Balloon Company of course)---and the family hopes for a car parade down Bungalow Road---tooting their horns---to wish Don a Happy birthday! HOPE YOU'LL DRIVE BY! In the meantime, click on the photos and links!

CONGRATULATIONS DON! Happy birthday!
P.S. On 2/5/18, village officials honored Don with a proclamation for his many years of work in support of Croton. From serving as village trustee to volunteering with the Croton Lions, the Croton Arboretum, the Trails Committee and much much more, "Coach" Don Daubney is one of the reasons why life is good in Croton.
Well deserved. Thanks Everything Croton for the community update. Happy birthday Coach!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Don, enjoy your special day. Thinking about you from Ma. Will be waving from a distance but close in heart! Hugs Diane and Ray
