WHAT'S WITH ALL THE "CONSTRUCTION" ON CROTON POINT AVENUE?

Residents have asked about all the construction on Croton Pont Avenue lately.  (Click on the photo).  There's a small backhoe digging a hole in bottom of the hill (not shown) and what looks like a new hydrant/additional work being done by the village water department.  Residents should direct their questions to village staff at https://www.crotononhudson-ny.gov/
