With inflation and supply chain woes escalating, those of us hosting holiday get-togethers might be tempted to dispense with the often pricey charcuterie board (a.k.a. cheese platter)........but not to worry.  With a little creativity, it is possible to still have a beautiful and tasty board for your guests without breaking the bank.  Here are some options:

  1. Thanks for the salami rose idea. I saw it not long ago at a buffet table. Last night we practiced before finishing with sandwiches, ha-ha. And we made the cucumber roses too. These things will definitely go on our table this Thanksgiving.
