FINALLY....NY STATE SAYS SCHOOL DISTRICTS MAY REDUCE PHYSICAL DISTANCING TO THREE FEET

Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton--our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools, our houses of worship--in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.

COURTESY OF WENY NEWS - ALBANY, N.Y. (WENY) – New York State released new guidance Friday, saying school districts may reduce physical distancing requirements to three feet in the classroom.

This latest announcement means New York State’s guidelines match up with guidance recently released from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The CDC had previously said social distancing in schools could be reduced from six feet to three feet without an increased risk in transmission, so long as other safety protocols are followed.  MORE AT https://www.weny.com/story/43639654/new-york-state-adjusts-covid19-guidelines-for-schools-allows-for-three-feet-social-distancing
