Moving along.... Sometimes the best desserts are the ones that have stood the test of time....

Like...Ambrosia....yes...that perennial favorite that graced many a Sunday table in the 50's, 60's and 70's...some folks turn up their noses but not in our neck of the woods!

Indeed, Ambrosia is experiencing a resurgence and with good reason.... pretty... tasty... refreshing.  Easy to find ingredients too.  SEE THE HOW-TO FROM INSANELY GOOD RECIPES HERE.

This one is amazing....and we've made it repeatedly.  

Yes. It needs to sit overnight...but the ease of preparation and simplicity of ingredients---plus the amazing taste--makes it all worthwhile.  SEE THE VIDEO HERE.
