CROTON F.D. FB PAGE, 4/7--Shortly before 4pm today, the Montrose, Buchanan and Verplanck Fire Departments were operating together near George’s Island Park for a large and difficult-to-access Brush Fire. A second Brush Fire further south near the Croton/Montrose border near Furnace Dock Road & Cortlandt Street was reported, so units from Croton were dispatched. FOR PHOTOS AND MORE INFO....
