Since every now and then the blog gets a "troll" or two, no, your editor receives nothing for recommending these shops, craftspeople, blogs, whatever.....and just likes to share.
First up, the new VICTORIAN TRADING catalog arrived in the mail yesterday; this catalog is always a treat---so much eye-canndy---and the sales just can't be beat.

cardboard Brownies Bridge and yes, this one looks like a project for some of our more creative types!
Meant
as a backdrop/stage scenery for a Christmas play, we're envisioning it
in talebtop size, to be inhabited by those vintage elves and gnomes
who've been bitten by the acting bug. Flattie potential for sure!

We're just crazy about the old mercury beaded putz houses. These would be so worth reproducing in some fashion---using plastic, wood or metal beads meant to mimic the old mercury glass. Click here.
