IN CASE YOU MISSED IT -- POST 3/1 BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING: KATZ PROPERTY AFFORDABLE, LOW INCOME HOUSING, THREE BEDROOM ONE-THIRD OF TOTAL, CHANGE MOVES FORWARD, BOARD ADJUSTING PILOT TO REFLECT ADDITIONAL SCHOOL BURDEN

Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton--our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools, our houses of worship--in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.

You are encouraged to watch last night's 3/1 "orchestrated" board meeting (STILL being held via Zoom) regarding the significant changes to the affordable/low income housing project (two buildings) being proposed for the Katz property.

The three bedroom changes will assist the developer, there will be an impact on the school district, and the PILOT is being changed to reflect the increased school burden (by how much is unknown), it is essentially claimed this is all in your best interests, etc. etc. etc.  It's quite an eye opener between the housing and "police reform".  But see and judge for yourself: https://www.facebook.com/CrotonGov/videos/179783263678653

There will also presumably be an article in the new Gazette (due out today/tomorrow).
