Also fyi: regarding the social media commentary that these apartments will be reserved for Croton residents/seniors looking to "downsize"...once again, no, these "affordable"/low income apartments CANNOT be reserved for Croton residents.  This was made abundantly clear by the village attorney in the most recent planning board meeting.
