And for those of us on a budget---but who still like to set a nice table---there are numerous local thrifting options available---here are just two------the Carriage House Thrift Shop at the Church of Divine Love has fabulous vintage--and gently used--plates, bakeware, glasses and more.  Ditto for the LITTLE ORPHAN ANIMALS THRIFT STORE in Peekskill.  Stay tuned for more.

Moving along...this installment is all about CREPES and pancakes...tried and true to the right......

We've been talking about this site for years. A real favorite--MENNONITE GIRLS CAN COOK, Traditions of Food and Faith---and it has some fabulous tried and true recipes....
