CROTON POINT AVE. REDESIGN SLAMMED AT VILLAGE MTG--CRITICS RESIST AS ENVIRO REVIEW MOVES FORWARD

JOURNAL NEWS Croton Point Ave. redesign slammed at village meeting-Critics resist as environmental review moves forward - CROTON-ON-HUDSON — The environmental review of a plan to redesign Croton Point Avenue near the Croton-Harmon train station should take two to three months, Mayor Leo Wiegman said.That would allow the village to make the changes, including two bike lanes and three new traffic lights, next year.   1. Wasn't it a consultant who UNDERESTIMATED THE ORIGINAL COST in the first place?

  2. Yes it was but the mayor has such confidence in them. This will be a nightmare. We're already checking on the train schedule at Cortlandt's lot.
