SUSAN'S FRUIT TARTS EARN A "SWEET SPOT" SLOT FROM WESTCHESTER MAGAZINE

Back in June, we were pleased to announce that  Baked by Susan (and La Sala on Hudson too) had made the editor's choice for BEST OF WESTCHESTER 2013. What we didn't know until we saw the page posted in the shop--was that Susan had also earned an extra "sweet spot" slot for her brown butter pear and brown butter peach tarts.  We're not surprised. We've been talking about these incredible tarts ever since Susan pulled the first ones out of the oven.

And so without further adoo, this is just a reminder that Susan has been baking up a peach-and-pear-tart storm these last few weeks--using local peaches too--click on the photos.
