It's as inevitable as winter snow---every Christmas season your editor is reminded that there was once a time when (AMOST) everyone in Croton got a Croton watch for Christmas...

And that the semi-annual factory sales here in town were always a big hit.

Needless to say,  we were very pleased to discover this 1966 ad...check out the Croton Diamond Cynthia--courtesy of our friend CLASSIC FILM.  

Yes you can put diamonds on her wrist instead of her finger!
