First up, three snaps from Howard Lamey's 2019 Buffet Christmas Putz Village---yes, he made all those houses and faux "flatties"! Gorgeous!
They're followed by--and worth looking at again--the "Warehouse" Building, 1895, made by Reed, and featured in a previous auction at Croton's own SeriousToyz.
It's 16 inches tall, litho paper over wood, 2 stories with working doors and pulley; original accessories, complete, early and scarce.

An interesting Canadian blog—keep scrolling down the page when you get there--it hasn't been updated in a long time but we love the snaps of these old Shiny Brite ornaments http://jillslittlebit.blogspot.ca/2012/09/shiny-and-brite.html
A VERY GENEROUS THING – SANTA’S CHRISTMAS VILLAGE - We’ve been asked to re-post: This is a rare, out-of-print, cut-and-make Christmas Village, originally published by Whitman in 1975 in a punch-out book. So nice that it has been scanned!
