FLYERS OPPOSING RE-ZONING

The following flyers have been seen in The Black Cow, ShopRite and other village locations. They concern the village board's stated intention to re-zone the Katz Property (Local Law #9) for density housing.  Please note, however, that the village is also seeking Local Law #10, to re-zone an even greater area for said housing in the Municipal/North Riverside Ave. Area.

Click on the flyer for additional info about the 11/18 meeting, the petition regarding Katz, etc.

    1. It's been requested; in the meantime you can get an idea of just how large an area would be re-zoned in Law #10 by reading THE URBANIZATION OF CROTON, a letter which appeared in the Gazette--copy and paste this link into your browser--there is a photo at the link https://www.crotonunited.org/news-views/2019/3/30/the-urbanization-of-croton
