ReplyDeleteI never go to the Upper Village anymore. The sidewalks are all cluttered with bicycle stands that no one uses, parking is impossible, people ample about aimlessly and hang out for hours pontificating. I barely recognize the place or the people any more and what I do, I just don't like or understand. Last time I was there there was some crazy march and I couldn't even go to church.
