IT'S ALL ABOUT TRADITION: THE KNIGHTS DELIVER SUNDAY BREAKFAST TO THE 2018 GOD SQUAD PARTICIPANTS

Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton-on-Hudson: our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools, our houses of worship -- in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.

It was once again your editor's privilege to cover the 2018 God Squad Sleep-Out fundraiser. You can see photos from last night here.  And...it's all about tradition and service! As always, Holy Name of Mary's Knights of Columbus were there this morning to serve a simple breakfast to the God Squad participants....click on the photo....

Currently the Knights are holding membership drive. Yes...YOU CAN BECOME A KNIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS...more from them here:

If you’re interested in helping those in need, serving our parish and growing in faith with many of the good men of the parish and community, then Holy Name of Mary's Council #4730 of the Knights of Columbus is the organization for you. We will be conducting a membership drive after each Mass on December 8th & 9th and an open-house and induction ceremony on Saturday, December 15th at 2pm. Please consider the possibility of joining our council. For more information, visit http://kofc.org/un/en/join/index.html or contact David Lally at lallycolumn@optonline.net or 914-224-8395.

  1. I hope that organizations like this can survive into the next decade. Seeing great kids like this gives me hope that will happen.
