    I'm sure we'll see lots of bike riders now! NOT! It's a car town ALL YEAR. Sounds like a way to increase revenue to me.

    A year later. Barely any bike riders, hardly any pedestrians, not to mention electric cards, lots of SUV's. On my block, it hasn't made a bit of difference.
