2. PUBLIC HEARING

a. LNI Industries Inc—68 Morningside Drive (Sec. 79.09 Block 6 Lot 10.02) —Application for Minor Site Plan approval and steep slopes permit for the construction of new single-family dwelling.

b. 1360 Albany Post Road Corp—1360 Albany Post Road (Sec. 67.10 Block 2 Lot 12)—Application for Amended Site plan approval for modifications to previously approved garden center site plan.

3. OLD BUSINESS

a. MM 2020 LLC – 337 South Riverside Avenue (Section 79.13 Block 1 Lots 61, 62) – Final approval for landscaping and patio plan for approved amended site plan for restaurant (first floor).

4. REFERRALS

a. 21-27 South Riverside Avenue -- (Sec. 78.8 Block 5 Lots 42, 43, 59, 60)—Review and recommendation to Village Board on application for special permit for 44-unit, multi-family housing building.
