OBITUARY & SERVICE INFO FOR DONALD VALENTINE

Donald Valentine of Croton-on-Hudson, NY passed away on April 14, 2020 at the age of 87. Don was born to the late Donald and Gladys (Jensen) Valentine on January 18, 1933 in Pleasantville, NY. He married his beloved wife Dorothy in September 1978. Together they moved to Croton-on-Hudson in 1979 where they lived. Don was a life member of the Hook & Ladder in Pleasantville. Don worked for the Pleasantville DPW for 36 years before his retirement in 1990. He was a devoted fan of the New York Yankees. Don is survived by his wife of 42 years Dorothy Valentine, cherished children Sharon Hayner (Steve) of Florida, Scott Valentine of Wappingers Falls, and David Valentine of Florida. He is also survived by his adored granddaughters Jacyln Looney and Kelly Meeks, and by his great grandchildren Hannah, Connor, and Olivia Rose.
