Updated TOM FARANDA'S LETTER TO THE GAZETTE--BUILDING A BIKE LANE AS AN "ESSENTIAL SERVICE"

Here's my letter - the Gazette is the once weekly local newspaper. The bike lane was suggested at least as far back as 2009 - suddenly it's "essential"? Below the letter are two pictures I took Monday - note the men have no masks - and of course are working in close proximity to each other.
